It does not apply to information collected by:

Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It

The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Choices about how we use and disclose your information
We strive to provide you with choices regarding the Information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your Information:

- Promotional Offers from the Company. If we have sent you a promotional email, you may send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions. This opt out does not apply to information provided to the Company as a result of a product purchase, warranty registration, product service experience or other transactions.
- Targeted Advertising. If you do not want us to use Information that we collect or that you provide to us to deliver advertisements according to our advertisers' target-audience preferences, you can opt-out by sending us an email stating your request to the email address at the bottom of this Privacy Policy. For this opt-out to function, you must have your browser set to accept all browser cookies.
We do not control third parties' collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your Information collected or used in this way. Data Retention and Security
When you place an order through any of our Sites, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
We have implemented measures designed to secure your Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All Information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls.

Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Sites, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Changes

If we make material changes to how we treat our users' Information, we will notify you through a notice on our Sites’ home page. Limitations
Age Restrictions
None of our Sites are intended for persons under 21 years of age. No one under age 21 may provide any Personal Information to or on any of our Sites. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from persons under 21. If you are under 21, do not use or provide any Information on any of our Sites or through any of their features, register on any of our Sites, make any purchases through any of our Sites, use any of the interactive or public comment features of any of our Sites, or provide any Information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a person under 21, we will delete that information. Geographic Restrictions
We are based in the State of California in the United States. We provide our Sites for use only by persons located in the United States. We make no claims that any of our Sites or any of the content on any of our Sites is accessible or appropriate outside of the United States. Access to our Sites may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access any of our Sites from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
